By commissioning me in any way, you agree to the Terms of Service below.
'I' will henceforth refer to myself, the designer.
'You' will henceforth refer to the commissioner.
1. General
By applying, you have agreed to the terms and conditions listed here and in the appropriate commission section.
Follow the rules and terms provided in the appropriate commission section.
I retain the right to reject your commission.
2. Payment
All commissions must be paid in full upfront.
The currency will be in USD through Paypal Invoice.
3. Copyright / Usage Policy
I hold the right to claim the design and/or template as my own and may choose to use it to promote myself.
The commissioner is not allowed to remove the copyright claim at the bottom of the website.
An additional 200% fee will be required for removal of the watermark.
If the commissioner chooses to change the URL of the site after ownership has been transferred, they must inform me of the change within 5 business days of the change.
4. Cancellation / Refund Policy
I retain the right to cancel and refund the services for your commission at any time.
You retain no right to cancel or demand a refund from me under any circumstance after the payment is received.
(If payment has not been sent, the commissioner may cancel the commission.)
All sales are final.

Customer Satisfaction
I will do my best to make sure you are happy with the end result.
So please be sure to inform me of any changes you would like!
However, changing templates is extremely time consuming. As such, restarting will require an additional fee equal to the original amount.
Any great changes may result in an extra charge and/or delay.
Adding additional features or pages after completing the invoice will result in an extra charge.
I will have you double check everything on the site before transfer of ownership. This is to help make sure all the necessary links and buttons are working.
Since once the site has transferred ownership, it will not be possible for me to edit or change anything for you.
Process
Submit the form.
I will contact you for further details and clarification to have a better understanding of what you're going for. Ideally a google folder containing any inspiration and/or art you would like included for your site.
Note: If there is art you would like included, please include links to the artists for credit.
I will not add art unless you own it.
Once I am certain I can deliver what you're asking for, I will send you an invoice over Paypal.
We pick a template to start on. The general style of the website will be influenced by the style of the template we start with.
I will start filling in the basics for the template. (This includes links and the general outline of what you else you would like.)
Note: At this step, there will be no refunds or changes to the template without further fees.
After this point, I'll take full creative initiative and make the site aesthetic as I see fit. Then I will contact you when it is done for changes. PLEASE TELL ME OF ANY CHANGES YOU WOULD LIKE.
From here on, I will work closely with you (ideally on call) so we can get the final details of the website to your liking.
After everything is approved, I will have you do one final check of all the aesthetics, buttons, and links.
Finally, I will transfer the ownership of the website to you.
